Founded in the 1960’s by Johnny Coleman, Mid-State Construction began a history in the highways construction industry. Starting out as a concrete pipe manufacturer, aggregate supplier, and later becoming a general contractor.

Today, Mid-State Construction is a third generation, family owned business located in the serene setting of the Upper Cumberland in Middle Tennessee.

Our commitment to good communication at every step of the way has been a trademark to our success these last 50 years.
